Mad City was an interesting take on the standard cops vs robbers gameplay, with the addition of SUPERPOWERS! Chapter 2 really has all the drawbacks that chapter 1 did, with the bonus that everyone had to start from scratch again. **Like chapter 1, the game hasn't received a meaningful update in ages.**
