Itty Bitty City is one of those **could-have-been** games. The game had plenty of scope for expansion with its initial release to be a competitor to other similar games, such as Mini City. Instead, the game was **mostly abanoned **and while it does get very occasional updates (as is a trend with the itty bitty series) it **never really lived up to its price tag**. May as well just look for free equivalents.
