Cruise Ship Tycoon could have been quite an impressive tycoon game. It was really the original in the subgenre but has **suffered from a lack of updates**, and it doesn't feel all that well-balanced. The game isn't poor per se; it just **doesn't have a very satisfying gameplay loop**.
